What Kind of Junk Do You Haul?
Some companies only deal with consumer waste, but not commercial. Others take trash, but not e-waste. Still others may clean out your garage, but won’t touch the home of a chronic hoarder.
At Go Junk Free America! we do it all for both residential and commercial clients. We take appliances, furniture, construction debris, yard waste, recyclables, household and office junk, concrete, bricks, spas, mattresses & box springs, tires, e-waste, and more. Need something removed that doesn’t fit the definition of traditional junk, like a trailer on your property or a complete home clean-out? We also do light demolition and junk removal for rental properties and chronic hoarders. If it needs removed, we can handle it!
How Much Do You Charge?
Never hire a company that won’t tell you how much they’ll charge up front or which has a complex and easily-manipulated pricing structure. At Go Junk Free America! our pricing is simple – we charge by the fraction of a full load. Period. And the good news is that the closer you get to a full load, the more you save!
How Big Are Your Trucks
If we charge by the fraction of a full load, the next most logical question is “how big are our trucks? We’re proud to have some of the largest trucks around with 12′ x 8′ x 4.5′ beds (16 cubic yards). Before you call another company, see how they compare – and make sure you’re not losing out with smaller trucks that can haul less.
What If I Estimate Incorrectly?
Never hire a company that bases their estimate solely on your description or that gives you their final quote over the phone. If you book online, we will ask you to estimate the amount of time that will be needed to haul your junk away and follow up with your to give you a preliminary estimate based on your description. But we know that hauling junk is not your specialty – it’s ours. Our final estimate is given once we show up and actually see your junk. If you don’t like our price at that point, you’re free to say no. We’ll never start work without your permission and we’ll never charge you a fee for coming out.
What Additional (Hidden) Fees Are There?
Unlike some companies that will charge you extra for disposal fees or travel time, our charges are all inclusive with only the following few exceptions:
$5 per tire removed
$100 extra for large floor-standing copiers, pianos, or refrigerators larger than 42” wide and 68” tall
Heavy construction materials, such as concrete, gravel, or dirt can only be loaded one foot in depth to cover the bed of the truck for safety reasons.
Other disposal fees, labor, and travel expenses and all included so you know exactly what you’re paying every time.
When Are You Available?
Never hire a company that makes you work around them. We’re available to call 7 days a week and will schedule a time that works for you!
When Will You Arrive?
Companies that give excuses to keep you waiting all day are doing just that – giving excuses. We give you a 2-hour window of time in which we will arrive to start the job – just enough buffer to keep us from packing our schedule too tightly and keeping you waiting or promising something we can’t fulfill if a prior job takes longer than usual.
What If I Need Less/More Help Then Normal?
We don’t believe you should pay for services you don’t really need or need to hire more than one team, which can be expensive. If you only need a dumpster or need additional labor to help move heavy pieces of furniture or unload a storage shed or moving truck in addition to hauling junk away, we think you should have it.
